I experienced a well-structured program that really benefited me. Other training courses can be a bit theoretical, and leave the participant without much real-life benefit. This  program focused more on tangible skills that can be practiced in everyday business  scenarios. It’s also a good opportunity to step away from the daily work and dedicate some time to development.
