Carl has been recognized for his executive and project team coaching skills.

Prior to entering the organizational consulting field, Carl successfully led a financial turnaround of a global nonprofit professional association and implemented human capital management best practices as director of human resources for a large law firm that resulted in significant improvement in net profit, employee morale and talent retention. He also managed an across-the-board re-engineering project for the HR function of a Fortune 100 company resulting in millions of dollars in HR operational savings and increased HR effectiveness.

Today, Carl serves a diverse group of Fortune 500, Inc 2500 and family-owned business clients that he assists in growing revenue, strengthening leadership talent and hiring the best talent using state-of-the-art assessment tools and processes.

Carl has served on several volunteer boards in key strategic and leadership positions. He also gives back in the form of community service using his expertise to assist high school and college students with career coaching using Career Coaching for Students, a program he developed in 2005 as founder and Chief Discovery Officer of Success Discoveries. He has created several programs for Success Discoveries including Success Discoveries for Couples (SDC), a program for use in premarital counseling and couples’ retreats and as a self-directed program.

Carl has been recognized annually for the past 10 years by TTI Success Insights, a global assessment company, for his active and continuous community service and is a member of TTI’s Visionary Partners Forum.

Carl holds a BS in organizational psychology and is a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst (CPBA), Certified Professional Values Analyst (CPVA), Certified Professional TriMetrix HD Analyst and a certified facilitator of The Coaching Clinic. He is DISC certified, holds an IAC certification as a relationship coach and is an expert user of a number of organizational and business-focused personal talent assessment tools including the TriMetrix HD suite.

rajtedlaRajesh (Raj) Tedla, Managing Principal of VRT Management, is a highly effective performance transformation coach. Raj entered consulting after 13 years with GE where he worked in GE Lighting, GE Aviation and as senior vice president for GE Capital Solutions. While at GE, he received the CEO Award for outstanding business performance. His experience spans leadership and organizational development, Lean, Six Sigma, operational improvement, voice of the customer, executive coaching, marketing, process enhancements and customer insights. He has studied, researched, written, designed, trained and consulted extensively for the past 23 years.

A skilled coach, consultant and mentor, Raj brings the wisdom, experience and proven processes to move executives, leaders, entrepreneurs and individuals to higher stages of personal awareness and effectiveness. Employing a multifaceted approach to individual development, he respectfully provokes and partners with his clients to create authentic strengths-based success from the inside and by their own definition. Raj is very active in the community and participates in several nonprofit organizations. He is currently board member for Hartford Public High School Academy of Engineering & Green Technology (AoEGT) program in Connecticut. He is also the founder and chairman of ICAN Foundation, which is dedicated to helping underprivileged children in rural India to gain access to higher education and meaningful employment. Raj received TTI’s Chairman’s Award in January 2010 for his outstanding services to the community. In 2006, Raj was awarded GE’s most prestigious Gerald L. Phillippe Award for his outstanding social contributions and community leadership. He also received GE’s JJ Murphy Extra Step Award in 2005 and 2007 for mentoring and coaching minority- and women-owned small business owners and contributing to their continual business growth and success. In 2002 he received the GE Pinnacle Award.
